All vitamins bursted
Unfortunately when the vitamins arrived they were all busted in the bottle. They are super super big and very fragile gel pills. My hands were dyed yellow after touching the vitamins too. It was weird. :(

These vitamins are a miracle and settle well
I have a hard time metabolizing vitamins after surgery. Often, they get me very nauseous and even throw up/burp up the vitamin. These don't affect me, other than giving me some natural and much needed energy!!
