Sleek Design But One Drawback For MacOS Users
This is a pretty slick, quality docking station that has a lot of what I was looking for in terms of ports and "minimalistic" looking design. It holds my laptop in place and gets the job done. The only downside to this docking station is that it can only support one HDMI display for MacOS devices. So even though there are two HDMI ports, you can only utilize one of them. This is fine if you only have one external monitor, but if you have two, you need to go a different route in terms of connecting them to your laptop. (I connect the docking station with the HDMI to my laptop and then also connect another HDMI cord directly into my laptop to get it to work).I will say though, the customer support with this product is incredible! I was trying to get my laptop connected to my monitor through the docking station, but it wasn't working due to the type of USB C cable I was using. (The cable needs to be at least a 10Gbps cable to connect to your computer for it to work properly). I never received a cable in the box and was pretty bummed when I realized I would have to buy another cable, but thankfully the company was able to send me one free of charge!

Perfect solution to m / mpro chips
I have a m1pro macbook and three external monitors. But apple allows only 2 for the mpro chip. A joke only Apple can make. Even baseline intel integrated GPU supports 3.But this dock breaks the limitation. And it works smoothly. it is 60hz and the graphic quality doesn't seem to lose too much. Acceptable, at least. But anyway I do get all three monitors to work. Very good dock.My setup: macbook -- TB4 dock -- two monitors and this dock -- the third monitor.One cable, three monitors, countless USB devices and charging. Perfect.

Works...but siphons power/data
The stand works and was compatible with my laptop (Samsung Galaxy Tab). However, whenever I had it plugged in, I noticed two things:1. My battery drains when the stand is plugged in, even when the computer is sleeping.2. It slows down my computer's ability to connect to the wifi down. I ran an internet connection test while I had it plugged in and when I didn't, and the test ran about 1/3 of what it should when I don't have the thing plugged in. I don't know if it's trying to hardline connect or what.It's weird to say the least. I'll keep using the stand as-is, but I'm not using the USB C dock anymore.

Great space saver
The media could not be loaded. This product worked better than I thought it would. I love the space saving aspect and had originally bought it so my laptop would be out of the way, but the other features are nice too. It hook it up to my home computer and it acts as a hub for USB, USB c, SD and micro SD. So if I want something off my work laptop I just plug it in and share instead of emailing it like before. Something I didn't think I would use but now love is the feet that extend out to hold your laptop, it can be all hooked up charging and not get hot because it's off the desk and the base is plenty heavy with good grip so it doesn't go anywhere. Would definitely recommend.

Works Half the time
Bought it to be able to connect my monitor to my macbook since they dont offer HDMI but the dock only works half the time. Not sure whats wrong with it but i cant seem to get it to work for anything.
