My husband needed this for leg swelling and knee injury. This is large enough to keep both legs up comfortably with out the constant adjustment he found on 24-28 inch ones. Uses most nights for leg swelling with no complaints!!! Worth the extra money!

Firm but conforms to your legs. Wide enough so that my legs do not fall off the ends while sleeping. Ordered this elevation pillow specifically for the extra width.

Perfect firmness but still soft. Very soft to the touch as well. Completely stopped my back pain. Great for daytime use. Nighttime it’s not for me. A little too tall and wide. But I’m not a total back sleeper, I alternate frequently from side to side and on my back so it gets in the way. Plus the height is a little too much at night. Also my knees seems not be negatively affected, a little more pain than before. I also wish it had handled but it’s still easy to move and stays in place well. If you know your way around a sewing machine handles would be easy to attach to the cover and the material would easily allow for it. If I could sleep with it it would easily be a 5*.

This elevation pillow comes in handy when you are dealing with injury. I have used this pillow religiously for alleviating swelling in my foot due to a broken broken bone. The pillow is large enough to fit both legs and keeps it shape with weight on it. I would definitely recommend this pillow to someone that needs to elevate!

This is a wide leg elevation pillow that I ordered with the intent of improving my sleep experience.From my perspective, this is comfortable to use. The core of this pillow is made of thick foam, and feels relatively firm, which makes sense given that its advertised uses include elevation of broken legs. The width is nice, again if an individual were wearing a cast, there would still be ample room on this pillow. I personally do find benefit in elevating my legs after a long day on my feet, and this pillow helps me to accomplish that easily without also feeling like my legs are constantly about to fall off of it. While it is advertised as potentially doubling as an upper body, elevation pillow, I have not used in this fashion. The cover is advertised as being washable, which is nice. I have not done this yet. The cover’s appearance is somewhat bland, but if this is being used under a comforter, this would seem relatively less important, and the pillow could be easily wrapped in a sheet or something of that nature if one would wish for a more aesthetic appearance in a shared space.Overall, this is a high quality leg elevation pillow which I have been enjoying, and I look forward to continuing to use it on a regular basis.
