The skirt portion has enough fullness to move nicely when walking but isn't so voluminous that it becomes impractical. Length hits about mid-thigh on average height (I'm 5'6").A few practical notes: The fabric wrinkles pretty easily, so you'll want to hang it up right after washing. The built-in lining helps with the sheerness but only extends to mid-thigh. The floral print looks exactly like the photos and hasn't faded after several washes.While it's marketed as a dress, it also works great as a beach coverup. Colors are a lot more vibrant in person, I personally prefer the muted green as shown in the photo, but to each their own. The under skirt is a bit tight, not made of stretchy material, so curvy girls beware. Finally there was some thread shedding along the bottom ruffle.Overall the dress is cute, it fits well, there is enough stretch in the chest area for bigger girls, and the back is a little longer and covers a larger caboose.

It’s not too tight around chest, because you tie it yourself.

My daughter got this dress for Easter. It was very cute but in the middle of church the left strap broke at the connecting part to the dress.

I really like it! Slightly see though, make sure you wear something underneath. Also the top half looks a little weird if you have a smaller chest, I just fixed it with a safety pin.
