This is a brilliant product

This looks amazing in my sons room, excuse the bedding as awaiting new matching bedding to arrive, took me 2 hrs to put up on my own and balancing on his bed as I had moved all furniture back after decorating and could not pull bed back out probably. An hour tops if I had had easier access to his wall. I did listen to other reviews and bought extra sticky back tape which I only used a tiny bit of. The tape is hard to work with, as it’s hard to peel when cut and stuck on the map pieces. I decided to peel the tape on the roll it’s self then cut pieces I required and could stretch them across the pieces of map, needing less tape. I probably would have not needed an extra roll if I had figured this in first place. The picture really does not do it justice as the detail is beautiful.

Looks really nice and impressed overall. Few small errors that I personally can live with. These errors that I've noticed so far are: 1. the incorrect spellings of Kyrgyzstan, Bhutan, Myanmar 2. Majorca just says Palma (which is the city on Majorca) 3. Tunisia just says Tunis (across the whole country and not for the city). The guide map isn't accurate for the islands, but that's ok as I just used Google maps. I couldn't really get the islands above Canada and Greenland to match up properly, without Greenland being close enough to Canada and leaving Iceland looking too far away from Europe. Maybe Greenland is slightly incorrectly sized for a Mercator map style. Otherwise it's great value for money, the quality is good, was relatively easy to assemble and would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Delivery was fast. Item is good quality. I ordered the medium size due to the location we were setting it up but can see how impressive the bigger ones would be. You start with a template for the 2 corner pieces and work inwards from there. The smaller pieces in this kit were too small to use the double sided tape so we just glued ours up.

We absolutely love our map. I looks so good, we really enjoyed putting it all together to ☺️

We have been very excited to receive our wooden world map and to the most it hasn’t disappointed.Beautifully made and very interesting to look at.Damaged! Unfortunately we began fitting the pieces to the wall and found a couple of damaged pieces. By the time we found the damaged pieces we were in to far to rip them down and send the whole thing back for replacementWe found the C on our Atlantic Ocean is snapped and damage to the corner of Russia.TOP TIP - check ALL parts for damage before you commence affixing to your wall.We were going to reach out to the company for a replacement of the individual pieces but the seller is not contactable.Amazon can only exchange the entire kit.Our 3 star review is only because we now look at damaged items everyday and does not represent the 5 stars we would have given.This is a lovely product and looks incredible within our Home Office

Absolutely love this map, the detail is fantastic and the quality is high.It’s been made to be as simple as possible with Ukrainian goods providing a template and easy to follow instructions. The only downside is the time it takes to actually piece it together, i spent around 3 hours doing it all but then again if it came pre assembled you’d loose the 3d of it so it’s well worth the time.I had read reviews about there not being enough tape so I used it sparingly and i managed. The double sided tape seems strong, kind of like superglue in tape form (I had to use tweezers to peel the backing off) So if you plan on moving it about I’d suggest getting some ply or mdf as a base.

If like me you’ve wanted one of these for ages - save your money or find a different brand.1. Printing of letter is so faded on some countries that the ‘USA’ is just “-SA”. The ‘U’ wasn’t printed properly. Several others are impossible to read.2. There’s a massive scratch/dent on Russia straight out the box which is very noticeable.3. Malaysia broke off when taking it out of the box. Had to glue it back on.4. The small countries are extremely difficult to get out of the board which resulted in 2 countries getting snapped. The whole process of take them out took at least 30 minutes.5. Not enough tape. Going to have to buy more.It looks okay up but the installation plus the damaged countries have left me very disappointed.
