I recreated a tempeh and kale dish I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant. Just delicious! don’t use to much or this fermented sauce can wreck havoc with your gut!

I like it but I think there was something on the label that meant it could be pretty unhealthy, read the label before buying. I also like the taste 4.5 star for taste.

Very yummy.
I've been using various recipes for Mapo Tofu and some require fermented black beans. The flavor has been good but with this product the flavor definitely improved. Looking forward to using it in other recipes.

Black been sauce
It's just ok. Beans seem all crushed. Flavor is bland but not bad. I like my black bean sauce more pungent.
