SAD Lamp - 10000 Lux UV-Free Daylight Sunlight Lamp with Remote Control, Adjustable Colors/Brightness and Timer for Home/Office Use

Very unsure when looking for a SAD lamp as there were so many on the market. I was attracted to this one for two reasons. The remote control, which means I can move it from room to room and I'm not limited to placement, and the extra usb connection at the back of the lamp. It arrived fast, very well packaged, and it's much better than I expected. Three light changes, timer and dimmer. I'm delighted. Highly recommend, and thinking I may purchase for Christmas gifts as they are such a good price and useful. And they look very discreet due to the size. I went for the white one and it fades into the background. Perfect.

I really like this stylish design with the wooden base and I particularly love the warm imitation sunlight. I am going to use it for the recommended half an hour to an hour daily and I’m very happy that this product is like a little sunshine in my own home in these dark winter, rainy cold days in Uk thank you so much for quick dispatch and quick delivery very efficient seller thank you.

This lamp is awesome! I am at the beginning of my second winter with it and it has really helped me to regulate my sleep. The timer allows me to read in bed with a time limit. The colours are great for all different times of the day. It’s a great size and is fairly unnoticeable. The remote is also a great idea

I bought this 5 months ago and have used it most days since the clocks changed and it was making a positive difference and I liked it. Nice design etc. but today, 5 months on, it no longer clicks through the different light brightnesses and only shines a duller light and I’ve realised I can’t change the bulb. Do, it’s off to the bin with this and I’ll have to buy another sort for next winter

Very effective I use it at my workplace in the mornings compact design means it fits easily on a corner of the desk recommended

For me this is amazing lamp, bit sceptical when a friend suggested it, but what a difference it has made to my low mood state, i use it every night, i love it. Recommended.

I am not 100% convinced by SAD lamps in general but do find that it is nice to sit in front of and have my morning coffee.I have ended up using it as a general light for the lounge in the evenings too as you can adjust it to warm white light and dim it down via the remote.It looks less "clinical" than some of the other sad lamps so you can leave it out around the house without it looking like a dentist's office.

I don't know if it works, but I've been feeling a bit better. I like the compact upright format, most SAD lamps are like big square spotlights on a stage and take up a lot of space. I have knocked it over a few times but it's still going strong! Great as a light for video calls, too - not over bright, but soft and diffuse. The house plants also love it, and those nearby have been growing new shoots and stems! Good quality and inexpensive, certainly worth a try if you feel low in the winter months.
