Moist with great texture — a great starting point to many creative possibilities
Putting real butter in the recipe makes this taste cake mix like home made cake. The texture is fine and consistent throughout if made by following directions exactly. Sweetness level was just right. I used my 1st box of 12 to make a pineapple upside-down bundt cake. You could add other flavorings — like almond to get a different taste by using a topping of sliced almonds, butter, and brown sugar. Or orange extract to make an orange upside down cake in a round pan. This yellow cake mix is a great starting point to many creative possibilities
