I enjoyed several artisan chocolate samples at Provo's Taste last summer. This particular bar was one of two that my wife and I purchased following the tasting event (this bar was $20 at Taste). I've been gradually enjoying this bar over the past several weeks and it's now gone. Some may wonder why you would spend $20 on a bar of chocolate. Well, if you can go to a tasting event and learn more about the background and differences between various chocolate manufacturers you will understand. This isn't a Hershey bar that you scarf down or use on a s'more. Rather, it's high quality chocolate that you enjoy slowly...one little piece at a time. In fact, I can't eat more than a few pieces without feeling a little upset; it's rich! To contrast, I can eat a king size Symphony bar without a second thought. Just different animals.
