What I like is that it sucks! It cleans up large messes like cereal and chips easily and will also do liquids. It's like having a hand-held shop vac. We've used this in our cars and garage but it lives in the kitchen. It's bigger than its predecessor, but we much prefer the power from this one. My one complaint is that the plastic latch that holds the container together broke and I had to buy a new one (this one) because it wouldn't stay together; it lasted about a year before breaking and only broke because one of the kids hit it against the counter while they angrily cleaned up their mess.

Wonderful and easy to manipulate handheld vacuum for use around the home and one's car. Very pleased with its sturdiness and the capacity of the battery to provide a lengthy time of use once fully charged. Very well made, highly recommended.

The build quality is nice and the performance is good. Very strong suction. Got the vacuum on sale and when compared to other vacuums in the same price range, this one takes the cake. Only complaint is the battery life. Takes 4 hrs to charge and the runtime is probably 20 minutes max...I had to buy a spare battery which was $20. So in the end, if I combine the total price of the vacuum and spare battery, I could have probably found a better vacuum.

It is exactly what I was looking for, for little jobs around the house. We have lots of critters running around our house, so there's always lots of loose hair running around the house, too. This does not have a huge suction ability and I'm glad for that because when it goes into areas around curtains or cords it does not suck them up. It just sucks up the loose hair and other interesting stuff critters leave behind. I have a regular vacuum to do the rest which has great suction.From having read a couple of reports about issues with the batteries. I do remove the battery every time I store the vacuum. It is very easy to clean. Everything comes apart easily and is washable.The battery works well for me, I just watch the lights on the side, which tell me if it's full medium or running low on power. I've never had it run out while I was working with it.Would definitely recommend.

I've used a couple of these handheld vacuums before, they can be hit or miss in terms of suction and utility. This one is probably the strongest I've had (cordless handheld - of course it cant compete with a upright but it has a different use case anyways). Also the replacement battery seems like a nice feature because that is the part that will wear out on any device like this

I have bought about three of these hand held vacs, different makes, and they all are as worthless as Trump's promises. ........20V ........This one's battery slowed down quickly the first time I used it... I threw away the last two from the remakes........Looks like this one is headed there too.......I was not able to find a more powerful one.

It was risky since I'd never heard of the company, but my son said they made tools and usually, good tools. So I bought it. The old one was exhausted from a long run. I wanted something more powerful with a bigger cache for dirt. It does everything it promised. I strongly recommend you buy the extra battery if they still have that as a bundle. It makes recharging easier but it works a lot longer than reviews say it does. At least a full half hour on a full charge. Maybe a bit more. Solid, high quality unit. Bigger than those I've had before, but that's what I want. Also VERY quiet.

Seller says NO replacement filters are sold for this hand vacuum. Their response when I asked where to buy the filters was that the two included filters are washable and reusable. That is an inadequate solution, since even washable PAPER filters will (hopefully) not last as long as the device itself! This is a really solid device with good build quality and suction. It's very disappointing that the manufacturer does not make replacement filters available through ANY source. Returning with much disappointment -- not in the device, but in the follow-through by the manufacturer.FOLLOW-UP 8.30.2023: The seller replied saying that replacement filters WILL BE available on Amazon within 2-3 months. I am returning the vacuum to Amazon now, before the return period expires, but I will re-purchase the same device and change this review rating if and when the replacement filters become available at a reasonable cost (competitive with filters for similar cordless hand vacuums).*** FOLLOW-UP 9.4.2023: ***I changed my review from 2 to 5 stars for the following reasons:-The seller, Populo Tools, has gone way out of their way to make this right. They have corresponded with me via Amazon seller messaging several times;-they have issued me a full refund for the device;-and they explained that they WILL have replacement filters for the vacuum available for purchase on Amazon within the next 1-2 months.This is exceptional customer service, and shows a strong commitment to following through on any concern raised by a purchaser of their products. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect solid customer service. Populo Tools has definitely met that expectation. As I said originally, the vacuum itself is well-constructed and has better suction than a unit of similar design that I bought at a well-known brick-and-mortar tool store. So I’m thankful that this vendor’s course of action allows me to keep the unit. I canceled my return request.
