I use it for Earthing not EMF shielding
Works great for my use as a home-made earthing/grounding mat. I use it with an earthing plug made of 16 gage copper I bought which has an aligator clip on the mat end and the other end goes to my outlet. I tested it with an voltmeter and it's definitely grounding!
