I bought this for my sciatic nerve in my hip. The heating pad works very well. The only thing you have to remember is not to sit in a chair or have it crunched up according to the directions.

Fits well (I'm fat) and heats way hotter than expected on the medium setting. I'm a bit concerned that it gets too hot and the controls get hot to the touch. I'm not sure I would consider this to be safe for anyone immobile or incapable of managing it themselves due to mobility or mental capacity. Definitely don't leave such a person unattended.

Thanks Amazon for 4 hours delivery. The covered area sweat a little and itches after an hour of usage. It feels better. I have chronic problem on my left thigh. I spent a lot on PT but can't complete root out the problem. I hope this one helps.

I'm a 5'7" woman who normally wears a size 10. This pad does not cover the area of my buttocks needed to get relief. I will return it and may request the large size.It's well made and easy to put on. The timer is for 2 hours - probably more time than needed, but there is no lesser time.

Super helpful for hip heat. The Velcro makes things so much easier.
