I really enjoyed doing this little puzzle. It was pretty straight forward - pop out the pieces, click them together in the right order.I would highly recommend some glue to hold the pieces together.It only took me 2.5-3 hours to complete start to finish.It was very relaxing - cup of tea, Pride and Prejudice on the tv, and making this cute little book nook.Highly recommend if you enjoy little fiddly things that arent too complicated.It even looks great without the light because I couldnt be arsed to get some batteries out of the junk drawer lol

Very cute! Pretty easy to put together and there were even some design choices you could make. It comes with two cat in chair options but I also hid the second cat in the background of mine. Requires super glue.

Great build! The wood clicks in, so very few things need to be glued. The instructions are easy to follow. Great value for a few hours of building!

My three friends and I (late 20s early 30s) put the whole thing together in six hours and had a good time! We probably could have delegated and finished it faster. We did not buy any extra materials- the kit came with glue, a razor knife, scissors, etc and that worked great for us. We didn't need to trim or sand any of the pieces, although sometimes the pieces fit together imperfectly and we had to force them more than we expected. The lights worked great, and it was a good way to spend an evening when the weather was bad. True perfectionists and people who like to 'go rogue' and ignore instructions will NOT enjoy this. The instructions need to be followed in order, and each piece may not come out exactly perfect.

I was so excited to see Cutefun makes a cat themed book nook! I could not resist it.I don’t always have time for bigger projects, so something I can enjoy doing in one-sitting is perfect.The wiring was very simple for this set, and I always appreciate that. This set does not come with glue, so make sure you have some available.This nook comes with a dust cover, which is a must-have for me.Since this set is one story, it’s not quite as tall, so it’s perfect for sliding into the smaller spaces on your shelf or even stacking with another smaller book nook, which is what I did.The colors printed on the wood pieces are so vivid, and the wood quality was fantastic.I highly recommend grabbing this book nook. It would make a fantastic gift for someone (or yourself). If you know someone just getting started with building, this would be a great recommendation.This was my first build by this company, and it won’t be my last!

Well, it’s really cute and was a fun project. However we put in batteries and the light feature started smoking and almost caught on fire. For that reason, I’m out.

This has been my first book nook kit and I loved it! Was super easy to put together and the details are very nice. My only complaint is that it smelled HEAVILY of vix vapor rub (did not give benefits of vix vapor rub lol) was just really strong on the nose
