Ideal for me. Super insulating either hot or cold and great size for something like a large coffee. Fits under professional espresso machines! Comfortable to drink from. Nice array of colours. Removing stains from the inside with something like Milton works like a charm - they come up brand spanking new!With the silicone/rubber components fitted so well, I would say it’s leakproof but not ironclad. If dropped from a height (say table to ground), I expect spillage because the force of the impact will affect the lid, or if it’s being thrown about in a bag violently. But if you just want some reassurance that you won’t get scalded carrying it around or if it gets knocked over accidentally on a desk, or finds itself upside down because you bent forward and forgot you had it, then this is absolutely fine and fear not 😏I will keep repurchasing because the value for money is incredible. We own four because my original pink cup was lost (then found) and I couldn’t not have one so it has a blue buddy. My partner has an orange one and when that got tatty it was kept for ‘workshop’ use, and the red one for every day use.One thing to note, yes you can put these through the dishwasher but no, they will not survive many cycles. My two that have the silicone rubber grip in the middle survive much better than my partner’s non-grip ones - his end up with a lot of paint peeling from the top of the rim, whereas mine only a tiny bit if at all and a couple of areas of discolouration.Buy one!

This is my second insulated mug from this company and I have to say. Excellent all round mug I use for work everyday.I’ve tried so many other brands and this one beats them all.It’s fits in my car holders and seals great when I ever drop it. The outside surface stays cool enabling a long hot coffee life. Few hours easilyFew moving parts and easy to clean. Ie no springs and hidden parts.

I love this.It's really great, keeps my coffee warm for hours while I'm running around after the kids in the morning until I finally get to sit down and drink it so it's saving me a fortune in cold coffees!It's sturdy, isn't hot to the touch. The lid is very solid and hasn't leaked. I turned t upside down over the sink with a full cup of coffee in there and not a drip!.I love the grippy base, the fact that it fits in the drinks holder on my buggy and in the car and the coffee tastes like it should, no tinny taste.The only thing I can say against it is the inconsistent design and extras.We bought 2 of these and mine came with a spare rubber seal and instructions. My partners didn't.Also, the flip lid on mine is very easy to unclip/clip. My partners was so tough to do that we thought it was broken and almost sent it back. We managed it in the end but there's a bit of a knack to it where you have to use a bit of force which could mean you'd spill while trying to do it.If I'd of just bought mine I'd of been over the moon. If I'd of just bought my hubby's I'd of sent it back and given bad feedback.Edit:- cleaning and smell! So some people say there is a smell that's hard to get rid of. There is a smell, this is true but I find it quite easy to get rid of, even if the mug has not been washed all day. Buy a baby bottle brush like the one in the photo (available on Amazon) with rubber knobbly bits. Use this with a splash of washing up liquid and warm water, give it a quick whizz around (don't forget the inside of the lid!) and the smell is totally gone. No need for long cleaning processes.Only other annoying thing is it doesn't fit under out coffee maker (piccolo xs) by a smidge so I have to stand and hold it tilted but other than that they're great.

I totally love this as it keep my drink hot for while and no spilling in my bag.I used this 3times a day.I might have to get one for my partner. Perfect Quality. Very easy to hold. Perfect size. The thickness is great.

Definitely recommend as a travel mug. I use this in the office as well as by the time I remember I have a drink to finish, it's gone cold. Love the colour selections.

I tried this product twice. The first time it leaked everywhere and was making a mess in my car. When I twisted the top open to pour it all out, the contents EXPLODED hot tea all over me. I've never had tea explode before. I figured maybe the content were too hot so the 2nd time I left the lid off for 5 minutes and added lots of cold milk so it was lukewarm at best. Then put the lid on and screwed it tightly. Nope, by the time I carried it from the house to the car there were drips all round it puring down. I sat it in my car for a 5 minute drive and after I parked and lifted the cup out, my cup holder in my car had a big puddle of tea in it. It's not like I ask much from a travel cup. I don't need any special features but not being able to hold the contents without leaking is surely the first priority.
