Small and powerful.
This is actually really good product! Small but powerful.Easy to use.Don’t have to wait for to cool to refill water.Lightweight with carry handle.

Good steamer but very poor quality
It’s a powerful steamer. But the quality is very poor. Unless you wear a protection suit I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Hot water is getting out between parts from three minutes after using it. The nozzle unscrews on its own under pressure. Not worth the burns.

It's so easy to use, cleans really well

Good for short time
Not high quality. It is doing its job, but for very short time. I have used 5 times, I had it for 4 weeks. The hose melted because of the high temperatures and pressure. Now I am looking for a better quality.

Instructions could be better
The instructions weren’t very clear when it came to assembling the rod piece. I worked it out eventually but not sure where the black washers go. Seems to be working okay without the black washer. Good for grout.
