Great product
I ordered the units to retrofit an access gate at one of my company's facilities and it was a very straight forward process. So far it has held up to constant use (24/7 facility) with no issues. The programming was pretty easy and has been a great value for added security. The keypad came with programmable fobs which has been a great resource for some of our vendors in accessing the facility. The exit button is very simple and easy to install, along with the ability to let people in and out from a distance by using the push button remote.

this was easier to set up than I had feared.
I installed this on the doors to our neighborhood bathhouse. We used to have to change keys every year and this was done so we can simply remove users. It was installed 2 months ago and so far has worked great. It was easier to set up than I thought it would be and the programming went very easily.

Was working well, but 6 months later, mag lock is not working - Has lights, but not energizing
Installed system, the instructions were clear and all worked well. Was a little rough to get magnet and metal aligned, but that was due to the installation conditions on the unique door. It was working well, and once installed, we hadn't used it much as it's a door without any traffic and just long term storage. Went to get something yesterday and found the magnet is no longer energizing, but shows that it is energized with the red light on. Not sure what is going on, but haven't taken it apart. I can only assume the mag lock portion needs replacement.

It held up to a break-in attempt TWICE
The door bent before the bar failed.Honestly I was skeptical about this only being 80 dollars compared to others but it's held up TWICE now to people lockpicking/tugging on the door.Dude that just tried to break in was TUGGING on it with all his body strength and it still held.Installation is a bit of a pain for people who don't understand basic electrical engineering (Running wires, splicing, etc) but it's a really solid magbar for 80 dollars.Gotta replace the door before I need to replace this. Instructions
Apparently the rest of tall got different instructions . We get the general idea about how and what but the instructions are basically one giant stick figure with many important steps missing . Also need low voltage wire they failed to mention and one of the smart guys that designed it in the box to show you how to install. Can you not even make a video to help? My suggestion as an electrician is to get a different one with good instructions. Be worth the money or spend the extra money saved on professional like us to install

Do not buy it.
Very poor. Seems like it is for Montessori kids. One slight push and the door opens up. Doesn’t need to unlock it or anything! Magnet is not strong at all!
