Its okay...
I bought because I heard great things about this. I had the opportunity to try it after having dinner at a friend's house and dessert did not settle well on my tummy and I was quite bloated and gassy. This did eliminate that feeling pretty quick but I felt like I paid for it later. I was uncomfortable that night and VERY gassy the next morning after waking. My stomach wasnt right the rest of the day. I may give it another try but will make sure I'm close to home if I do.
