This is good quality quinoa that taste great. I take their word for it that it’s pre-washed. I don’t rinse it. I put a quarter cup of quinoa and a cup of water in a round Pyrex uncovered container. I put another cup of water in my instant pot. Then I put the Pyrex bowl on a trivet in the bottom of my instant pot. I set it on high pressure for 30 minutes and quick release when it’s done. It’s so easy and comes out delicious every time. Then I just put the lid on the Pyrex bowl and refrigerate it, so it’s ready to add to salads, etc. You may have to adjust the water used with the quinoa for your moisture preference. I like that I don’t have to wash the instant pot this way.I plan to order this same quinoa when we need more. We both love it and it’s budget friendly.

This quinoa is very well packed and this is a very generous amount for the price. We use it in soups and my husband often prepares a quinoa in salad with French vinaigrette and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers - excellent warm or at room temperature - a truly delicious and healthful dish.

Terrasoul has the best quinoa I have ever purchased. It is so hard to find prewashed quinoa anywhere. It is much easier to prepare being pre rinsed. I have been eating Terrasoul quinoa almost every day for lunch a few years now. It not only has fiber but is a complete protein. My lipid panels have gone from really bad to excellent thanks to adding quinoa to a heart healthy diet.

This quinoa is a staple for me. I use my rice cooker on the "porage" cycle (about 15-20 minutes) and use chicken broth to prepare. A little butter and sometimes some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and I'm a happy camper. For a sweeter breakfast meal I use water, apple juice, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds and coconut. This tiny seed is a complete protein and keeps me satisfied for hours. As a complex carb it is also beneficial for diabetics. I crave this superfood and Terrasoul is my absolute favorite source for quinoa, nuts, seeds and shredded coconut.
