Expensive disappointment for heavy users
I spent a ton of money on this laptop only to experience within the first 6 months: internet instability (WiFi and LAN both were awful performers), locking up and crashing and rebooting, and now the Bluetooth adapter mysteriously disappeared and cannot be located.

Solid laptop, consumer grade, with all the right specifications
This is a solid Lenovo laptop, Windows 11 Pro. It checked all the boxes for a laptop I needed for a new user at work. Amazon reseller shipped this to me over the weekend. We got it configured for the end user in a few hours.Solid choice. Easy buy.

All sorts of problems with Lenovo
.The first laptop came and would not hold the wifi--I had to spend a lot of time convincing Lenovo that it needed to be replaced. It was eventually replaced and it held the wifi signal. But now, less than two years in, the screen is dimming and brightening randomly and the battery only holds a charge for about three hours. One of the reasons I bought this brand was because of the long battery life. I called first, and went through a long, drawn out conversation with someone who was clearly working from home and did not understand me. She told me I would hear back from help, and of course, I never heard back. And now I have to mail it in and wait for it to be repaired. This is beyond frustrating. I would hope I could take it somewhere local. I'll have to take everything off the computer--this is a big disruption to all the work I do. I will not purchase Lenovo again.
