Poor customer service
Arrived with his head cracked off. I obviously will not return it, but the online chat "resolver" won't let you put in a credit or partial credit. It just says this product is not returnable. All Lindt chocolates are wonderful, that wasn't the issue.

The Gold Bunny is always good. However, I ordered the large bunny and was disappointed by the smaller size.
