Q: Do you put the right amount directly in the oil tank ?

You put directly into oil tank .i turned off stop cock and stirred the tank and let it settle for 15 min and turned back on .very good product .quietened my boiler down and cleaned the system .i now add before every delivery as saves stirring

Q: can you put too much in your tank?

I think you can put too much in your tank in the sense that the amount of additive is given as a ratio to the volume of fuel it is being added to. So in theory, you can exceed this ratio, and therefore find that you have put too much in the tank. I put one of these into a tank which generally gets 500-1000L of fuel. Hope this helps.

Q: can this be used with a oil lamp?

Not sure - I think it has a different use. Its a bit like asking if you can use a screwdriver to put a nail in a wall.

Q: Is this Compatibile to use with Exocet oil treatment previously used?

As it’s just an oil additive to improve combustion etc I would say it will be ok to use when topping up on previous mixes, no different from filling your car at Shell then Esso. Just make sure you only add the correct amount for your top up. I am not an oil expert but was a firefighter/fire investigator for 30 years.

Great product, that actually worked!!

We were having trouble with our oil boiler cutting out, the engineer suggested this additive to help. We were sceptical but it worked! Says it takes 2 weeks to take full effect, will definitely buy more when we refill the tank again!
