I've experimented with various fiber supplement products, and this one is definitely the best! The others had terrible tastes, were overpriced, required taking numerous pills, and often left me feeling bloated and gassy without delivering the desired results. This formulation is mostly tasteless and provided great results in just a few days. I mix it with a 16-ounce bottle of water, and it has become a staple in my daily routine.

When I ordered product, I ordered a subscription but could not find my order, so I ordered more. Once I received extra product I saw that I it would be too many. So I canceled subscription and am using what I received. The product works. Ordering was confusing.

seems to be fine. I tend to use this after I notice a problem, but maybe I should use a little bit every day.

doesn't mix well-very clumpy. I don't think it's any more effective than my original psyllium that I've been using for years. I won't buy again.

Fantastic product! Highly recommend for healthy microbiome. Mixes well in the any fluid (I recommend using an immersion blender). I mix in my coffee each morning. It does not affect the taste.

Very good value for the money, not gritty in smoothies, the only improvement I would recommend is that they fix the zip lock, it stops sealing after a few uses.

I had been using a different brand, but changed when I saw magnetic particles in the mix.This formula is cheaper and seems higher quality than what I was using before. It mixes well, and I like that I get fiber from 3 sources.I definitely recommend this product!

I put 2 scoops in my bullet blender along with 8 oz of water, zap it for 10 seconds, and drink away. For fiber, the taste is decent and appears to be working great.
