Not to mention it’s super light weight making it easy use and easier to pick up and store once you are done and want it out of the way for other exercises.It also doubles as a batting wedge for hitting drills helping train hitters to stay back and not lunge at the ball.

I'm not using this product for weighted squats. More for stretching & bodyweight exercises. Which I feel is adequate for this block. It's easy to use & stays in place.
