Extreme protection
I crashed pretty hard last weekend (20mph) straight to the ground on my left shoulder, and this thing probably saved my a hospital trip.

Uneasy to clip side strap
It is not easy to tie the middle elastic strqp b/c the connection don’t use clip but small hook that is hard to locate them. It is almost like going to needle’s eyes to locate the hook and hole - not efficient.
