Bottle is high quality and it is easy to use. Recharging the battery is simple. I have not had to use the lifetime warranty, but that is one of the reasons I purchased this one over others. I always do the 10 minute cycle to get the full 4,000 ppm My husband and I share it, so we do not drink out of the top, rather we pour into glasses and drink throughout the day to keep from having to clean it frequently.
