I purchased this item before and it had a real strange taste. I’ve since purchased it again and it’s back to tasting the way it was. I don’t know what was wrong with it the first time but now it’s back to what I’m used to. I hope they don’t change it.

I have pica and have eaten powder since I was a child and stopped eating it because of the talc, but now that I'm older, my pica suddenly reappeared and I started eating chalk because I refused to eat cornstarch because it's unhealthy. I know chalk is unhealthy too so I stopped eating it and then I found this product, saw its benefits, and decided to give it a try. To be honest, it let me down, I wasn’t sure what to expect but this taste was not it. I lefted it open in the refrigerator hoping overtime I can start eat it or I might just toss it.The other downside is that the seller's delivery takes a very long time and it arrived 1 day late and the item is a little overpriced.Update: So I decided to keep this product because I refuse to waste my money. I just randomly shook the jar and when I opened it I found this substance at the top(please see attachment). Why would you put such a product inside a jar that supposed to contain food? What if I wasn’t reading and ate it?What if my kid took this out and ate it without knowing what is was because they saw mommy eating from the jar and thought everything else in the jar would be safe? Oh my God I am not pleased now I will definitely toss the product and I will never buy this product again.

My first time trying chunks! Pica girly here and I want to take a break from cornstarch so I decided to try this. Tastes just like cornstarch to me and has a nice crunch that isn’t too crunchy. Will be purchasing some more soon!

I have heard different stories on how it taste, I don't taste paint, it doesn't really taste like anything but it does the trick.

The media could not be loaded. I love that there are chunks in the jar. However, this has the taste of paint or drywall. This is my 3rd order and the taste is the same, so what I'll do is scent it with gain dryer sheets for a few hours and then I snack on them (no swallowing. Spit out as much as I can once it's oobleak). But, I won't be ordering anymore because of the taste.

The media could not be loaded. PICA PURCHASE this brand taste great, it did not taste like chemicals, like the other brands. I still let it air oUt oVernight… great crunch, it had a plaintain/ yuca taste… like the root. It may be as close of a taste of arrow root than the others. I loved it!!! When I dont make my own, this is what I buy.
