Chiquita Banana Bread Mix - 13.7 oz - 1 Count

Two ripe bananas, I egg, 1/3 cup water or fruit juice (my idea, I love organic pear juice for this rather than water) mixed with one package of Chiquita Banana Bread Mix and about 50 to 60 minutes later, you have a never fails, always delicious treat. I won't share all of my secret add-ins, but it is great straight from the package, and easily accepts a handful of frozen or fresh blueberries or chopped walnuts (or both). It is a simple enjoyable addition to afternoon tea or coffee, and great for dessert. It even freezes well.And it doesn't cost a lot. What's not to like!

It is hit or miss if I can find this banana bread mix in my local grocery store so I ended up buying this from Amazon. This banana bread mix is incredibly easy to use to make delicious banana bread. I simply follow the directions and it comes out perfect every time. This reminds me, I think it is time for me to order some more!

Was pleased to be able to find this Chiquita banana bread mix online. It has been one of our family favorites for years. Unable to find it in this retail store. My only disappointment was I did not receive two boxes. I only received one box mix, so the item description was a little bit deceiving. It’s one box for that price. Not two.

This mix makes tasty, moist banana bread - but the listing clearly says 2 boxes and I received only one, which makes it very expensive!

I love this mix. I feel like a fraud, lol. It taste just like you spent an hour in the kitchen measuring and mixing ingredients. Unfortunately, I think a lot of folks have discovered this little gem because I can no longer find it at the store. Hence, “Hello Amazon and your little over priced yum yum!” But, still ENTIRELY WORTH IT!!

I also add 1/2 package of instant banana pudding and 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips.
