TropiCleanWaterless Shampoo Hypo Allergenic 220ml

We're big fans of TropiClean and I thought this might make our Persians pretty happy as it's a waterless foaming face wash. They get their eyes cleaned 1-2 times daily. Unfortunately, this foam is rather useless: firstly, for any flat-faced breeds of cats or dogs, do note that it's a significantly firm foam, so it tends to want to get in their noses and is difficult to work into the actual fur around the eyes or mouth (a liquid with a pump top dispenser would be better for this than foam) and secondly, 'foam in nose head shaking' aside, it just doesn't work. It doesn't budge tear stains whatsoever; I find that plain cooled tea or even micellar water (don't get it in their eyes) works swimmingly but this doesn't lift any staining at all.

My 5 month BSH is not fond of water whatsoever, so I was pleased to know a product like this existed.He didn't take very well to the application but to be fair, the pump on this is terrible. I would highly recommend dispensing it into your hands first and then applying it to your cat.I'm actually not particularly pleased with the scent of this one either - it's a very "artificial vimto-ey" type scent.For a first purchase I cant complain however, I remain hopeful that there are better alternatives out there...

I usually get the cat foam from pets at home but thought I could save myself a trip. I was expecting a foam to come out the bottle but instead the pump released squirts of bubbly water. I thought I'd try it on the cat anyway to see if it will at least make her smell better. It made a very small improvement and the other foams I've used a very quick drying but this one didn't.

Not impressed pump doesnt work had to change to another I had, not as good as I expected and took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive and no communication from seller

I BATH MY TWO LITTLE YORKSHIRE TERRIERS WHO DETEST ME TO PUT WATER ON THEIR FACE SO I FIND THIS SO EASY TO USE THEY DONT SEEM TO MIND IT AND NO RINSING. MY DOGS ARE ONLY TINY SO A BOTTLE DOES LAST AWHILE AND ITS A LOVELY SMELL,NOT TO OVER POWERING AND CLEAN LITTLE FACES IN BETWEEN THE GROOMERS.

I bought this thinking it was a dry shampoo for cats ..its not ..its a wet mousse that you allow to dry in ..so basically your cat is getting wet and if they are anything like mine they hate that .Its okay but could only get some on her back as she ran as soon as she realised she was wet

I used this product on both of our cats, neither were particularly amused by the application and it took a joint effort between me and my partner to apply (they are truly hydrophobic and dislike anything wet or damp) but it left them clean (their fur gets really oily and this fixed that) and the smell was amazing, the scent lasted about a month before it wore off. They were only wet/damp for about an hour before being fully dry. Very impressed with this product and still have about 3/4 of the bottle after doing both cats, you don't need much at all but when we do run out I will definitely be buying more.

The scent is amazing, makes my boys smell so good! The scent lasts around 3-4 days, but they HATE it being applied. I typically apply a little every week or so on their legs/back when the litter box smell starts to set in on them. Once its on and dry the smell doesn't bother them at all. Definitely makes their fur feel clean and soft.I think i was unlucky and received a faulty bottle, the foam pump is very hard to use and essentially broken. I have to use 2 hands to get the product then chase the cats around to apply it.If the bottle was working, it would be 5 star for sure.
