Most couldn't be blown up
Only a few of them were able to be blown up. The person at the store said it happens a lot with balloons off Amazon.

maybe two if that were able to be used. Holes in almost every one. Could NOT use the number or the trophy. Nor the green ones and one black one. WASTE
