Follow the instructions.
Very well packaged, High quality parts, easy to assemble via instructions. I was very pleased with the look of the rack, and and the stability, and more so the safety features, as it will be used by young members of my family. A quality product, well thought out, extremely well priced. I will be looking for further buy's from this company.

What a difference a rack makes
Rack arrived nicely packed and was easy to put together. It is the perfect height and width for my shed space and very stable. I am 5'8" the squat rack is just about right for me but I would advise anyone taller to look at another product as you will have to bend quite a bit to get under the bar. This rack has made a tremendous difference to my training and enabled me to grow in bulk and strength quite comfortably. Also, I am able to use Bands attached to the frame to do numerous other exercises. It is a brilliant piece of equipment. I would urge you to buy one (no I'm not on a bonus, nor do I work for the company lol) I was reluctant to spend the money initially but so glad I did.

You get what they show you, however there are areas that could use improvement
As the header saids, you get what the picture shows you, all the measurements they provide are correct to the product. After using it for a month essentially everyday I can say that the frame itself is solid, and well over engineered to ensure that it can handle heavy weights so not too much to complain about, however I do have a few issues that are lacking in the overall design. What I have found is that when setting up for a weight that is over 80kg's on the top setting, the rack will tend to want to tip over when unracking/racking unless you put weights on the base (the slots on the back), as the base itself is hollow (doesn't appear to have any additional thickness compared to the rest of the rack) which is fine as simply putting on lets say 20kg's per 100kg's on the rack offsets this, except when I need to use all my weight to workout. I've managed to deal with this by putting bags of builder sand on the back.Another issue I have ran into is with the j hooks and safety spotters. The j hooks themselves are able to hold the weight as intended, however what I've ran into is that they are very narrow couple that with being tall and I've found reracking the weight after squatting/overhead pressing to be a bit perilous especially when there isn't a safety bracket above the highest pin option, I've managed to deal with this (sort of) by putting the j hook on the second highest option which isn't optimal, I've also ran into this issue while benching and using the smaller positions where there isn't a safety bracket I've instead had to set the safety spotters to the highestposition and drop the weight on them instead of going for a rerack, which feels very sketch. In my mind a simple fix for this would be to just have a piece of metal that slots into the tube and either sits on the j hook inside or 'clips' into place. Then the safety spotters do what they should do, they catch the weight and are well built, again an issue I've ran into is that when setting onto the higher options (positions 8+) for overhead pressing I have had to drop the weight onto them, it wasn't anything much only 50kg's, with one side already in the j hook and dropping it a distance of a couple inches (few cm's) and it had managed to bend the bracing which I found odd, since you'd think the pin and the bracket facing towards me would have taken the force, but aparently not. I wasn't asking anything much off of the safety bumper, only wanted it to catch essentially 25kg (since the otherside was already racked) from a small height, I know it probably wasn't intended to be used outside of the 1-7 positions, but I'm not asking it to catch 100kg's from a a metre in the air. Again another straight forward fix either ensuring the back bracket isn't taking the entire brunt of the force when outside of the 1-7 positions, or even adding smaller safety bumpers meant to go above the 8+ positions. Then last little annoyance, this one is genuinely not that big of an issue but the locked rubber isn't rubber, it's a plastic/resin mix that gets damaged easily when using any amount of serious wieght, however this doesn't bother me as it is essentially aesthatic, just a little dissapointed it isn't actually rubber/silicon.Also I would recommend getting a decent wrench/power tool to put the nuts and caps on as what they provide will leave you swearing, bruised and bleeding.Overall I'd still buy it and use it as it fits the purpose I needed it over a full rack (cheaper by a long shot, easily movable and easy to store in a tarp) and the issues I'm facing with it are mostly due to my height, still would like to see an adiditon of safety bumpers where the plastic clips are as they already send two pieces of scrap metal extra with the rack, I would just hope they'd trade those out for something useable.

Excellent product.
Easy assembly, a very strong and well built product. The Base could be a bit longer for more comfortable squatting but excellent overall.

Sturdy but small
While this product does have fairly good build quality it is nowhere near big enough for using as a squat rack. I am 6’2 and my shoulders towers above the highest point making it unsafe for re racking. The distance between the front and bar for the safety bar are also far too short to use effectively. This product would be suitable for a child, not a grown man regardless of the weight it holds.

Value and well built
Good price your bar MUST be 6 foot + otherwise wont sit on the rest . They dont tell you this. Very solid and well made. Easy to assemble. Will take serious weight
