This is yuummy.
I do add some ancient organics ghee and some tumeric and ginger and black pepper for taste. It's so good and warming. I love it. It's good for the digestion and helps heal the intestines. I dont have that issue, but this is so good if you do have it. I drink this instead of coffee.

Great for Cooking
Whoever told me I could drink this straight lied through their teeth, but as the title says, it’s great for cooking.

Best bone broth!
I’ve been buying Kettle & Fire for several years now, after trying many bone broths that smelled terrible or had a strange taste, I found kettle & Fire, and it is a staple in my kitchen.

Great as a hot beverage or in a recipe!
Admittedly, I'm old enough to remember making bone broth from the remains of a holiday turkey carcass, or as part of the process of making giblet gravy. The latter process involved the raw turkey neck, a big carrot, a big onion, a thick stalk of celery, and a few other things, incidently. We also made beef bone broth on occasion, although that was a bit more involved. That said, as a senior I find that organic bone broth in a nice little box that doesn't require refrigeration until opened is really useful. One can just heat a cupful with a dash of red wine and/or a favorite spice, drink it straight, or use it a part of the liquid in a stew, soup or chilli. I I recommend using a slow cooker for stews and so on, as a simmer seems to preserve flavor, and that's the way bone broth is made in the first place. Note that I drank this broth (and the chicken version along with the vegetable version for variety) as a plain hot beverage when recovering from an auto accident that fractured a number of ribs, in fact. I have also found that using beef bone broth is a great way to get my husband to happily eat chili when his favorite cut of beef for Texas-style chili isn't available and I have to change the style, somewhat sneakily substituting textured soy protein in the process. I always tell him after he samples it, BTW. Along those lines, I highy recommend Anthony's Textured Vegetable Protein which is also sold here on Amazon, among other places. HAVE FUN EXPERIMENTING!
