Ignore the instructions. If you use this whole packet for 8-10 people you will blow their tastebuds away!! We love spice but this is very very hot for a biryani. In fact all their packet of curry flavours seem to be over the top on heat.

Great stuff - a regular purchase
Excellent spice mix. I use it as a curry base.Beware of the hard black nuts - I'm sure they're authentic, but you don't expect a hard stone!BONUS - there was a Ramadan offer, and Falcon Stores sent an additional pack of the ordinary biriani mix - not as powerful, but still good.
