Doesn't taste weird, actually smells kind of nice, easy to take, and works great. It's a good energy and libido booster, though mileage may vary on that from person to person. This product itself is good, so if it doesn't work I wouldn't blame this specific product, but black maca in general and your specific body chemistry. Just part of the game with supplements.

I have used maca regularly for the past 20+ years and this one is the best. Black maca is more rare than the other types and is believed to be the best one to take if you’re seeking stimulant-free energy that will keep you going and going like the energizer bunny. I sleep better when I use it, so I wake up feeling more refreshed — like how I remember feeling when I was a little kid.

This maca seems like a really good one, the price is very good, and single ingredient too which is nice. Black maca (as opposed to red or yellow) is supposed to work more on the androgen side of things, and I have waited till the end of the bottle which is a full two months, and all the studies I have read say that changes do not occur until the two month mark, but sadly and surprisingly I have not seen any changes whatsoever. I have used another maca product previously that was not the black variety (but I can’t remember if it was as red or yellow or a blend) and it gave me energy but no hormonal balancing. So, I think I need to just keep shopping for a maca that does work for me.

Black maca is one of my favorite herbs, has been for many years. This is my second purchase from Antler Farms and it’s been worth every dollar. I immediately felt results and was completely sold half way through the first purchase. Will definitely be a faithful customer from here on.

I love the smell of this Maca. The quality & quantity is there. So I'm staying in buying & using only this Maca and from this brand/company.

I chose this product because proper dosing is between 1.5 t0 3. With this black maca root extract I can achieve that (2 capsules 1.5 grams, 4 capsules 3 grams). Plenty of energy also.
