Works well
After reading some reviews about this I had reservations. No need, it's perfect. I have this fitted to a 12ft pool but NOT the one with the inflatable ring. Mine is the metal framed pool & it fits perfectly. I also have a heater. This won't work miracles but if the sun is out for a period of time, this really will help get the water temperature up. When not in use, I also put the pool cover over the top of this one.

It works.
This appears to be a 12ft disc of bubble wrap - but it works! The pool was significantly warmer than last year after just a day of use. Too early to say how well it will last but happy so far.

Has a cheap feel to it - but then again it does not cost much
Arrived quickly and works as intended! Worth the price paid. Would by from here again.

solar cover
brought this for my 12ft pool was very impressed with it as it was a little bigger so i can either cover the pool all over or just tuck it in the side of the pool price was great value, does make the top of the pool warmer when you first get in, better to leave on as long as possible and make sure your pool is in the sun, but remember this is england we don,t have as much sun or heat as you do abroad so it wont be come a heated pool all of a sudden, would recommend

Bubble wrap
So I just paid best part of ten pounds for a large piece of bubble wrap. But having read these reviews first, this was exactly what I was expecting. Have been using it for three days now in this heat and it does the job, keeps the water warmer than it would otherwise be overnight. We have used the pool every day. The solar cover helps with the temperature.As an aside, I think it would take a pretty strong wind to blow this top off. Mine seems to succor itself to the water like octopus tentacles, it makes a ripping noise when I take it off. Also it is very sheltered by the top inflatable ring. I think its pretty secure.

Not a toy = But rubbish
This review is not looking at the efficiency of the solar pool cover I received but what I received and whether it was worth it.Looking at the picture you get the imression that the cover is a snug fit and covers the pool and is secured. WRONG - Ordered to cover a 12' round pool, When placed on the pool there was a good foot between the cover edge and the side of the pool. (Still have to use the heavy cover)What was worse was, this is just a large piece of bubbly wrap!! HonestValue for Money - Definately not buy a lottery ticket instead.

Bit disappointed
Arrived on timeBut disappointed with the solar cover very thin and some of the bubbles were popped

Only lasted a year!
Not happy - selected Intex brand as I thought it would last at least a couple of years, but sadly no only under a year before the bubbles started falling off
