Q: What size is this brush?

It is the normal size of a tooth brush bit shorter in length as it for a child

Q: Would I be able to request not pink as I would be ordering for a 7 year old boy?

I’ve never had pink, only ever blue or green! Sure you if you contact seller once you place order they can try and pick colour for you

Q: What age is this suitable for?

It's a smallish head I have used it since my son was very small as he cnt stand tooth brushing for long (sensory) last time we went to the dental therapist she gave him one and recommends them highly .. I started using at about 2 years old but would have earlier if I knew about them and he still uses it he is 6 and you could as an adult

Q: How sturdy are these? My toddler tends to bite and worried a bit may break off in her mouth?

They are quite sturdy but they won't clean her teeth properly. The bristles aren't long enough and just don't clean the teeth. Good idea but doesn't work in practice... that's what I found with my two, anyway.
