This is a 60 count bottle of gummies, each serving is 3 gummies, so this is a 20 day supply. My son has an eating disorder and a very limited diet. These absorb very well, which is amazing because they have so many good ingredients such as: Vitamin C, omega 3, 6, and 9, and DHA. I highly recommend!

No issues getting the kids to eat these. Great texture and great flavor, like eating candy for them.My kids love it !! It’s very tasty, no gelatin, and not sticky.

As I'm not a small child I have to consume far more than the recommended serving to achieve the Omega values I'm aiming for, but boy are these good.If you really focus on it you can pick out the slightest bit of fish taste, but it's nothing like a cheap Omega supplement burp.Seriously, by far my favorite gummy and my favorite way to consume Omega's.These do tend to stick to my teeth, like a childs snack. No surprise, but wow, I love them.

These are similar to most gummy vitamins my kids have. They taste really good as well! They're just a little more chewy/gummy than others, so I just make my kids brush their teeth after having breakfast and their vitamins. I suppose on the bright side, because they are more gummy I'm better about bruising their teeth in the morning, or pestering them too. Ha! They are yummy.They come in a regular supplements bottle and I want to mention here that the bottle has a child proof cap. Even though this is not required for vitamins and supplements I find it very important when it comes to gummies for kids.Serving size is 3 gummies so this gives a 20 day supply.Supplement facts are written in tiny font and are a bit hard to see when your eyes aren't the greatest.The shelf life can be seen by turning the bottle over and looking at the bottom. It is very decent, one year and six months from the time I received this.
