I purchased these pills due to having irregular cycles. I am 99.9% sure I have endometriosis, just haven’t gone through with the actual surgery to find out. I like the product, but it takes too long, over a week just for it to be shipped out.

I started Vitex with a B6 vitamin 3 months ago. I have seen a big difference in my cycle and PMS symptoms. My husband even commented that I had been bleeding less and having less PMS symptoms without asking him. My bleeding went from really heavy bleeding (changing tampons every 1.5hrs or bleeding through) to average tampon usage (changing every few hours). The length of my cycle has also fell from 8 full days to 3 full days and 2 days of very minimal spoting. (Also made my cycle regular so far) BUT, this herb gave me HEADACHES like crazy in the beginning. I had to build up from 1 every other day, for a few weeks to 1 every day to avoid the headaches and get my body used to it.
