Gets disconnected in few minutes, also showing only 8Mbps speed on a 40MBPS internet line.Its a defective piece sent by Amazon.I was expecting quality product of "Amazon Basics brand, but was disappointed.They are delivering damage products.Not connecting on router

Value for money 2.4GHz only WiFi adapter works with Windows and Linux. IMPORTANT READ FOR LINUX
This USB wifi adapter is based around the realtek RTL8188FTV wireless chip and supports USB 2.0 standard and 2.4GHz frequency only (no 5GHz support). The accompanying mini CD contains necessary drivers for Windows, Mac os and Linux. Windows 10/11 requires the on CD driver and wifi connect utility to function correctly, default windows driver does not work. On Linux, the included driver has to be compiled and it was too old to be compiled with endeavour os. Maybe compilable on Debian/Fedora/Ubuntu based distributions. For Linux, install the RTL8188FU kelebek driver from Github or AUR and blacklist the default RTL8XXX kernel driver. This driver give the best performance on Linux, with speeds up to 4 MBps (38 Mbps) on download. Finding the right driver for Linux took some trial and error, hence only 3 stars for ease of use. Value for money is 10/10, as it punches way above the 250 Rs I paid for it

Gets the job done, results were not up to mark. One should go with TP-Link instead
The media could not be loaded. Tested on 300 Mbps wifi, very less speeds of 30-40 mbps (of course not MB/s) with inconsistent results implying less stable connection too. At least 70-80 was expected if not 100. Feels ordinary to me on replacing my TP-Link adapter with this.

Speed to low
It is working properly no bugs or issues in it and the build quality is too good and design feels like premium in cheap price I bought 150mbps version for my pc because our wifi shifted to another room so I couldn't use ethernet anymore so I ordered it gives only 2-3 mbps speed while my ethernet cable used to give 200-300 mbps speed😂
