It works great made my 12ib Turkey in it but the sides would get burned. Overall good purchase and did cool well!

I never seem to be able to get turkey done just right but this thing does it right every time! Follow the same directions for the weight of the turkey as you would for your regular oven, but since there’s a lid, you never have to put foil over it or baste it because the lid keeps all the juices in. You can also thaw a turkey in it if you want to save time and fridge space, and you can cook other types of birds and cuts of meat. Don’t lift the lid until you are getting towards the end of your cooking time. I also haven’t added any liquid to the bottom of the toaster and everything is still incredibly juicy. I quickly check the temperature in the breast and thigh about an hour before it’s supposed to be done because it cooks faster than the oven. So glad bought this because I no longer suffer from turkey anxiety 😬. It’s also easy to clean, and if you line the bottom with foil and then place the roasting rack o. Top of the foil it’s even easier. You can also use roaster liners if you want to. Great product!(FYI the first thing I cooked was a 22lb turkey and it fit just fine)

I do love this product I’ve used it a lot, but you do have to be very careful because it does get very hot on the outside.

⭐️It worked for Thanksgiving but didn’t work for the entire cook time. I don’t know if it was defective. We tried on Christmas dinner turkey and thought it was working since it warmed but checked it 2 hours later thinking it had been cooking and the turkey was rawUPDATE: They offered to replace it, but since the holidays were already over, it wasn’t really needing it replaced. I had already replaced it myself. They were nice enough to offer me a refund and I really appreciate that. I will be changing my review from one star to five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used a (different) turkey roaster for many years and have had great tasting, juicy, tender turkeys. But the skin has always looked unsightly/undercooked. However with THIS new Turkey roaster, I was able to get a nice crisp skin (as well as a great tasting, juicy, tender turkey). Yum!

This is a good size. Seems to cook things faster than my oven. So maybe temp isn’t quite accurate.I recommend washing it and heating it up with some water to sort of clean out the chemical smell from the factory before use.

Cooks evenly, large capacity--made 80 stuffed cabbage in this roaster, fit very comfortably!!

DEFECTIVE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered this roaster to cook our turkey for Christmas. Opened it to use it, turned on, it got extremely HOT on the lowest setting, the thermostat did not work. I was afraid to use it. I asked for a return, I was emailed a return label that I HAD to pay the shipping. The shipping cost me as much as the roaster and they refuse to refund the shipping. I received a defective roaster and the shipping cost as much as the roaster. SO!! I spent over !100.00 and have no roaster.
