I am replacing all the old yellowing outlets and covers in our new house with these decor outlets. I like the clean white look.Easy installation by turning off the power, removing the old outlet, and putting in the new.Put the white wires on the silver screws, the wider slot, and black on the brass screws, the narrow slot, which is the feed side of the circuit. Be sure and connect the bare ground wire to the green screw!Put on a new outlet cover to complete the installation.While there it technically no up or down, my eye is used to having the ground hole on the bottom, and all of my old outlets looked bad and upside down. Now the remodel effort looks complete.

I recently replaced 9 wall plugs while redoing the dining room in my very old house. The plugs were all uniformly well made and seem robust. I used the screw less wall plates with them and was very happy with the clean and tasteful look overall.

Works well, but is very flimsy. I won't be surprised if I have to replace the ones that are not getting static connections sooner than later. Worried about breaking off the ground tab or splitting the socket while tightening down wires.

I was going to buy a couple of outlets from the cheap retail store in town, but before checking out I decided to check Amazon to see what kind of prices they had. The cost of these outlets and covers is nearly 1/3 of the cost from the store, and the quality is great. I've purchased 3 of these 10-packs over 8 years and not a single one of the outlets has failed.

These are great! They are modern and that’s why I like them. I got them for all my house. The price is really good as well the quality.

Was in the need of updating my receptacles, considering the fact the decorative face plates I purchased were white and the current receptacles were almond. This did the trick! Looks so much better now.
