My nephew introduced me to this product. Initially I was nervous about trying it because I was afraid if get palpitations or feel uncomfortable. I started with one capsule and had no ill effects. I usually get that 1pm drain of energy and thus really helps !

Good mellow Energy
I've been using NOW products for years. This is my first time using this product. I'm using another time release pill but that has 100mg caffeine. I wanted a bit lower dose when I just want a bit more energy versus a Boost. I've used it a few times already and I plan to incorporate into my supplements.
