Very disappointing
It does work but just not very well. One of the prongs got damaged on early use. It has formed a nick in the steel on the bottom of one prong on the inside surface. As a result it catches in the cork and tends to penetrate it rather than slip down the gap between cork and bottle. Also both prongs are the same length - I used to have a similar product where one prong was a little longer than the other and this made it easier to insert.
