Love this product
I have rotator cuff issues, or simply shoulder issues and I can reach my my lower back with this massager and dig deep into my shoulder blade. I would not be able to reach those areas if it wasn't for an item like this. It doesn't necessarily eliminate the knots in my back, shoulder and upper arm, but is sure feels great being able to massage the affected areas. Not great for massaging my tricep and bicep. That is, not easy to manipulate the massager to massage directly those areas. If the ball ends were larger, and it was designed to better manipulate the massager to massage those areas, it might be perfect. That is, not easy to GRIP the massager to effectively massage those areas.

Good quality
These things are great. If you’re on the fence about getting one, do it. This particular one has good build quality and is a good size for a 6’ guy. Good customer service.

Excellent
It looks strange but it can save your day. I bought this first for myself and then for many others with back problems and anywhere aches and pains. Instructions are excellent.

You get what you pay for
I work in sports medicine and have used a lot of these types of products over the years. This one is okay, and can do what you need it too. That being said, it is incredibly flimsy. It bends/moves any time you put pressure into it. I'd be surprised if it lasted more than a couple months of use before breaking. It also has rough, burr like texturing from the plastic mold that you will need to sand down to remove or it will irritate your skin at the contact points. I'd recommend spending the extra money and getting a nicer, sturdier built theracane
