It works good but I don't like that it crisscrosses. The one I had before had straps like a bra. It does work good though and keeps my chest wrinkles from getting bad.

Maybe if you had really large breasts this would work. I am a C and even though that isn’t large it’s enough to potentially create lines as a side sleeper. But this pillow would not stay in place when sleeping on my side. This would just be kinda lifted up so I really think this is meant for someone who has breasts that could sit on the pillow if that makes sense.

I wear a 38DDD (or 38F) bra size and with age I'm seeing the effects of gravity. As a side sleeper this means by breasts squish against each other and it can be both hot and uncomfortable in the summer. I was glad to see this breast pillow in a two pack so I can alternate them and wash the other.These pillows are shaped to sit between the breasts and have three straps- one with a clasp that goes around the back like a thin bra band and the other two go racerback behind the head and across the shoulders. This can take a minute to get your head and arms in the right place but if you've ever put on a scrappy sports bra you'll be familiar.I didn't notice any change in wrinkles but the pillow made slide sleeping MUCH more comfortable. My boobs stayed un squished when I slept on my side! I wore the pillow over my sleep shirt for comfort but it might work better for wrinkles if worn against the skin. I'm a plus size person and wear a 2x in most tops and a 38 or 40 band on most bras. I had all the adjustable buckles on the straps stretched to the max and it fit fine with no pulling or tightness. All the straps adjust so it is adaptable from petite people to the lower ends of the plus range. Because I have a longer torso and larger breasts the top sits closer on my neck but I don't notice it in my sleep. Over my shirt I hardly even feel the pillow!

Maybe I am not the target consumer here since I'm not a breast cancer patient, but I found these breast pillows to be very odd. I've been struggling with clogged ducts due to the pressure of sleeping on my side while breastfeeding. I thought maybe the pillow would help reduce the pressure and provide comfort for the breasts. Quite simply, these things are awkward. It's complicated to put on and size appropriately because of the location of the straps. It pushes out in front of the breasts and doesn't actually provide support to them. One of them even came with strange spots on it like it had already been used and sweated on. I ended up throwing them away since it was just frustrating for me and an entanglement hazard for my toddler.

It isn’t comfortable & doesn’t do the job it is intended to do.
