Welmade, well shielded amp
This is a very solidly built, well shielded amplifier with a quality power cord and not to mention a good price.

Defective connector.
Arrived with a defective connector. Too bad. I had high hopes for this little amp.

Does what it's supposed to!
I'm gonna start by answering a question I couldn't find an answer to. This LNA cannot be powered by biast. This isn't a big deal but would be good to have in the description. That said I didn't assume it did, I just couldn't find any information about this circuit. On testing I do get a noticeable boost in SnR. This product does exactly what it should.

Noticeable difference
With and without.Seems solid, get a little warm but thats to be expected. For the price, why not.

Wideband and low noise
Sometimes you just need a little boost. This RF amplifier claims uap to 20 DB gain. I'm not set up to measure that and I'm sure it varies across the band. The gain is noticeable, however, and the output signal is clean, with no noticeable noise. Use a good stable power supply for best results.I'm using this for a boost for a GPS receiver for stratum 1 timing. Previously I had a couple of satellites whose reception was marginal, and this amplifier has made them visible all the time. It's small and unobtrusive, and goes inline with the antenna.
