Doesn't power up as described on other reviews
DOA, I tried multiple power supplies and POE and still doesn't boot up. I was given a defective unit, seems to happen frequently as per the other reviews

PHONE DOES NOT COME WITH POWER CORD
A HUGE inconvenience, How can you sell a phone that does not have a power cord and NO THIS IS NOT A POE phone, so without the power cord phone will not power on. On top of all that the phone was determined to be defective by service provider. Buyer beware.

The phone does not work
Power supply adapter was not included. I bought a power supply and connected, but the phone does not work. Telling support, "You can use other power supplies" was told. Of course, other equipment works with this power supply. I don't feel like doing anymore.

NO POWER CORDS
this is junk you buy different power cords and it does not work. Not sure why you would sell something like this without the proper power cords.
