These definitely work
I decided to try this brand, because I saw some negative symptoms on reviews with other higher dosage brands. These definitely work. I was crying non-stop because I couldn't control my sugar cravings and kept binge eating due to trying to juggle full time job and part-time studies. These have certainly helped me say no to the extra helpings of sugary treats and to not feel hungry all the time. Now when I get hungry, I want proper food rather than reaching for the high sugar snacks. I do still eat sugary foods, but nowhere near the amount I was before taking these.

Allergic reaction
Only took for 3 days and my face and neck are now swollen and covered with an itchy rash. Have tried to return the item but they don't accept returns. Didn't say this on the listing when I purchased them. Steer clear of these supplements.
