Great light for a small shop space
I installed this light in a small shop space attached to my house. The space is about 10'x5' with 8' ceilings, and the light illuminates the space as if it's daytime. I like that it came with the socket, as I didn't have an existing socket to use. I just needed to add the proper electrical box to mount, and it was easy to install between the joists. Having the three adjustable panels is nice - I was worried about shadows in the small space, but being able to adjust the angles on the three light panels helped ensure that I got even coverage across the space. The instructions indicate that you shouldn't mount the light below 10' high, but I've had no issues with it mounted at 8' above floor level.

Better Than Expected
This light is made by a company called Kernowo, which I believe is Chinese. It came with short instructions and information that I wish was on the Amazon site. I did not see on the site that the recommended height is >3 meters (118") or 10 feet, both of which are mentioned in the package instructions. I installed it in a light socket on a 9' ceiling. The light panels are probably at 8' 7" height on average. The light is heavier than expected. The package instructions state 0.8 kilograms (1.76 lbs.) I weighed the light and it was 839 grams (0.84 kg) or 1.84 lbs. It could have weighed 829 grams (memory fading), but figure a bit over 1.8 lbs. My garage light fixture has no problem holding it.I expected so-so quality, but was surprised at the level of materials and construction. Screws are used in each of the three LED panels (4 per panel as I recall). The plastic center does not feel flimsy. Each panel moved smoothly and consistently, staying where I positioned them without incident. There were no ill-fitting components. The package also included a plastic light socket if you need that. I left the porcelain one that was already in my garage. I pulled on it to ensure it was secure, not wanting the near 2 lb. light to pull something loose. My first thought when I flipped it on is do NOT look at it directly. It is seriously bright. I found myself consciously making an effort not to look at it directly, but it is hard not to notice it even out of the corner of your eye. I began to think I may want to walk around the garage with a cap on so as to not make eye contact with it. Even the packaging says, “in order to protect your eyes against hurt from excessive light, do not stare the light closely for a long time", and the recommended height is above 10ft.”. Well…, the English here is weak, but no surprise. It definitely meets the illumination requirements I had. I bought a second light and together they make my 782 square foot garage quite well lit. The package instructions says the light can cover 60 square meters, which is 645 square feet (same as a room slightly over 25’ x 25’). That may be stretching things a bit in my opinion (29 lumens on average per square foot), but if the panels are angled optimally, maybe it could be OK. Depends on individual illumination preferences. The 6000K Kelvin color temperature seems fine in a garage setting. I would not want anything higher than this and feel 5000K would be fine in a garage. There is no Underwriters Labratory "UL" mark anywhere on the light or packaging. A video available on the Amazon link indicates the light as a fire rating of “VO”. That is not marked on the light anywhere I can find. Given this, I decided to check out how hot the light got after leaving it on for about an hour. I turned it off and positioned my hand close to the heat sinks, but could barely feel any warmth. I did not touch the heat sinks. I felt a touch of warmth in the sheetrock above the light, but this too was very slight. Once I find my infrared temperature device, I will check actual temp. This light does not seem to run hot at all, but will do further testing. At 140 watts and 110 volts, it draws about 1.3 amps, which is nothing. I would recommend mounting high up, even though that will reduce the brightness. I now lower the visor on the car when driving into the garage with the light on, as it is like looking into a miniature sun. But any bright light that is more or less directed toward the entrance of the garage will do that. It is either this or at least 6 – 8 each 4’ shop lights, which would leave a wiring mess I do not wish to fuss with.I find the unit fairly priced, it delivers on performance, is well made, and doubt you will find anything else that delivers this many lumens (18,500) on 140 watts. I also like the black finish as it looks good. This is a purchase I have zero regrets making.

Nuclear blast bright.
I recently had the pleasure of trying out a very impressive garage LED lightbulb, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The bulb is the perfect solution for anyone looking for a bright, energy-efficient lighting solution for their garage or workspace.First off, the bulb is incredibly bright - it emits an impressive 5000 lumens of light, which is more than enough to illuminate even the largest of garages. The color temperature is also perfect for a workspace, as it emits a cool, white light that is easy on the eyes and provides great visibility.Another great feature of this garage LED lightbulb is its energy efficiency. It uses just 50 watts of power, which is a fraction of what a traditional incandescent bulb would use. This not only saves you money on your energy bills, but it also means that the bulb will last much longer than a traditional bulb, so you won't have to replace it as often. The bulb is also incredibly easy to install - it simply screws into any standard light socket. It's also designed to be durable and long-lasting, with a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours.Overall, I would highly recommend this garage LED lightbulb to anyone looking for a bright, energy-efficient lighting solution for their workspace. It's easy to install, energy-efficient, and incredibly bright, making it the perfect choice for anyone who needs to illuminate a large space.

Very bright!
I see some reviews where buyers complain that it's not using 140 watts therefore theoretically is not reaching full lumens. I haven't checked it yet but honestly I don't think I'll bother. It's very bright & if it requires less power, that's a bonus to electrical bill. I do recommend this product. Also, someone was asking what it's diameter is. with all three adjustable paddles fully folded out, the diameter is 27cm and the height is 8cm from the bottom of light socket to the bottom of light. So, if your good at geometry, you can calculate smaller diameters as paddles are folded up.

Bright Light
This light was very bright and is exactly what its made for. Not only was it easy to install but now its noticeable from the outside how much better we can see the inside of the garage. Makes finding things a lot easier too. This has a great build quality and have already a few people in the neighborhood asking about it so that they can purchase the same one.
