In addition, claims regarding efficacy aren't often backed by science, so I don't review supplements based on those claims. There are simply too many personal variable to definitively determine how a supplement will affect an individual. So instead I rate them based on 3rd party testing, the company's reputation, and dosage cost.PrimaForce states that their products are 3rd party tested, and I was able to verify past lab testing results. So all's good on that front.The company has a strong reputation in the Bodybuilding community, and their pedigree goes back many years. They state that their products are made in a GMP compliant FDA registered facility. I was able to verify those claims too.Dosage cost is quite reasonable at about $0.36 per per dose for 3000mg. Each dose is 4 standard sized capsules.Based on the manufacturer, the quality, and the cost, this is a 5 star product. Recommended.

I like this brand and I use this before the gym to help with good pumps. Works well but a serving size is a lot of capsules.

My experience with these L-Citrulline capsules has been mixed. While the capsules are easy to swallow and well-sealed in a bottle with a decent shelf life, they are quite messy due to a powdery residue on both the capsules and inside the bottle. I've taken them for a while but haven't noticed significant benefits in terms of improved blood circulation, and there haven't been any negative side effects. It's worth noting that the capsules are made from porcine gelatin, which may not suit everyone's dietary preferences. Overall, these pills fell short of my expectations, but I'll continue taking them until I finish the bottle in the hopes of experiencing some improvements over time.

Although not stated explicitly on the label, these actually are 750mg capsules. That’s a good thing, in my opinion, because it helps to keep the capsule from becoming too large for easy swallowing. The flip side is that four are required for the recommended 3000mg (3g). My routine is to take two in the morning and two in the evening. After a week of taking Primaforce L-citrulline this way, I’ve experienced no gastrointestinal or other unwanted effects.I prefer L-citrulline to L-arginine, because it’s absorbed more efficiently, and it doesn’t need to be converted by the liver. This can make it more effective than L-arginine at increasing nitric oxide levels, possibly helping to reduce blood pressure.My bottle of Primaforce L-citrulline expires in a safe 31 months, so it arrived fresh. The capsules are third-party tested and manufactured in a GMP facility, two quality assurances that are important to me, and are things I look for. The per/mg cost is slightly less than my regular brand, and the smaller capsules are actually easier to swallow, so five stars for value and quality. I hope that this can be added to Amazon’s Subscribe-and-Save program.

L-Citrulline has been part of my daily amino acid supplement regime for over a decade and I believe it has been of benefit. This seems to be a quality product... no fillers... no preservatives... free of common allergens.My only issue is it does contain a flow agent (magnesium stearate). Many supplement manufacturers are moving away from using flow agents, as people who take numerous supplements each day can get a heavy load of them... and heavy consumption of flow agents can trigger digestive issues. However, having that is not a deal breaker... and it is commonly found in amino acid products.Like most amino supplements, the capsules are a little on the large size, but I had no issues swallowing them. For a bottle of 240 capsules (750 mg per capsule), this is fairly priced.

These are easy to take no stomach issues or any adverse effects, it helps to expand arteries for better blood flow helps me with better lower blood pressure levels also I seem that it helps with exercise performance it also may help improve memory! Good Supplement!
