Q: How big is the 27in would it fit a child that's about 4"11?

I would suggest the 35in as my daughter is approximately that height and her bag is a 35in. It fits perfectly now and will still work for her as she grows into a teenager. Her brother is 5'3 and it is still very comfortable for him as well. Hope that helps and it is a quality product.

Q: Does this come with beans in it?

This was a gift for my great grandson. The beans came with the cover (contained in their own bag). We just stuffed the bean bag in the cover. We got the red one. He loves it!

Q: How many liters of beans does this hold?

This is a large bean bag sized for an adult. So i'd say an 8 to 10 cubic ft. bag. Which shouild easily hold 250-300 liters of beans. Saying all that my bean chair arrived a little underfilled.
